About the Event
Mindfulness is the ability to maintain a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we're sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future. This online workshop presents tips, tools, and resources to create a better structure for everyday living, rethink productivity, take control of your environment and manage your time better as we continue to work from home.
Participants that engage in all three sessions will receive Two, 30 minute one-on-one coaching sessions at the end of the series.
